would you say bananas are either fibrous or creamy?

speckled with glitterati
i rolled big flower balls
up to your doorstep and left
silt weeping the winding, coiled path.
on your lawn lay cakes
baked by howling sunsets
faded by seeping inks and
northern light bulbs and roses
right next to the gasoline smears
and gravelly residue of fervent afternoons
where blades dried green essences
and clipped occurences of your evening.

watch for me in the vancouver and cowichan
fringe fest productions of Victoria Goring’s Sooz.
